  • Chehalis is the county seat and largest city in Lewis County with a population of around 7,300. It is located along Interstates 5 and 6 near the confluence of the Chehalis and Newaukum Rivers. Centralia

  • Centralia is the second largest city in Lewis County with a population of over 16,000. It was founded in 1875 and was originally named Centerville. Morton
